Joining the team
All new employees, wherever in the world they are based and whatever their position in the company, have the opportunity to come to Cambridge during their first six months for a three-day induction course. They meet colleagues from around the AVEVA Group, learn about the business, structure and markets, see at first hand how various departments function, and even get to quiz the Executives! We do this because there is simply no substitute for face-to-face contact to make a team work well together.
